THOMSON announces a new digital DVB-T SCART receiver. The THT91 gets connected to the SCART socket on the TV, and thus is completely invisible. Despite its small size, it has the functions of the big ones: recording via USB, setting bookmarks for recordings, pausing a running programme for time shifted playback after the break. The next party could be a multimedia event by connecting an external hard drive to the THT91 and playing videos and photos with background music on the TV.
The THT91 is world class in many ways: memory capacity for 1000 programmes, eight individual favourite lists for TV and radio, selectable language for subtitles and audio, an Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) with information on current and upcoming programmes, timer, teletext, parental control and three games are of course included.
The new THOMSON THT91 doesn’t only present itself as an elegant solution if space is limited. Thanks to the hidden placement it can also be used for the kitchen, the children’s room, the summer house, for hotels or – especially interesting for the Euro Football Championship in 2012 – on the road. Those who don’t want to miss anything, for example when camping, and want to save volume and weight are served perfectly with the THOMSON THT91 receiver.
